The AICPA offers different types of membership to meet your needs:
* Regular Member (passed the CPA exam and certified to practice)
* Associate Member (passed the CPA exam but not yet certified)
* International Associate
* Student Affiliate/CPA Candidate (Students or Recent Graduates who have not yet passed the CPA Exam)
* Non-CPA Section Associate (Any non-CPA professional employed and sponsored by a CPA firm in an Institute-approved practice-monitoring program may enroll in any of the AICPA's four voluntary sections)
* Voluntary Membership Sections: Information Technology (IT), Tax (TAX), Personal Financial Planning (PFP), and Business Valuation and Forensic & Litigation Services (BV/FLS)
